A light-roasted blend made for those who love fruit-bomb coffees as their fuel of choice for fulfilling the Edenic Blessing to be fruitful and multiply. It is a mix of two coffees from the Guji Region of Ethiopia, prized for their premium flavor, that balance the natural process funkiness with the clean and clear cup of the wet process. This coffee makes for a fantastic daily-driver on pour-over or drip.
A medium roast born from the volcanic soils of the Fraijanes Plateau, The Red Scorpion celebrates the craft and heritage of the coffee growers of UCCAFE—26 dedicated producers cultivating exceptional coffee in the shadow of the Agua, Fuego, and Pacaya volcanoes.
Expect a cup that embodies everything we love about Washed Guatemalan coffees: rich chocolate and nougat sweetness, bright lemony nuance, and a full, satisfying body. A harmonious blend of tradition, responsible farming, and vibrant regional character. This coffee is crafted with joy to showcase the heart of Guatemala in every sip.
Grown at 2,200–2,350 meters in the Hechere farm area of Guji and processed with care by the Shonora family, this washed Ethiopian coffee shines at a light roast. The fragrance evokes raw sugar and soft florals, opening into a cup that balances sweet tea refreshment, jasmine perfume, and a vibrant chocolate-orange sweetness. Its clean structure and high-toned acidity give it a distinctly refined, almost botanical character, finishing with gentle citrus and honeyed undertones. A beautiful expression of Guji terroir—elegant, aromatic, and wonderfully sweet.
We named our primary roast blend The Enjoyable Blend because we think that all coffee drinkers from the pour-over purists to the sweet drink lovers to the dark roast average joe and everyone in between will be able to enjoy this cup. Coming from a Wet Processed Guatemalan bean and a Dry Processed Ethiopian bean, this coffee offers a balanced, bright, medium-body cup ready for every manner of brewed enjoyment. We think you’ll be reminded of Chocolate Caramels, Mixed Berry Jam, and Baking Spice. We hope you love this blend as much as we do whipping shots of espresso from our cart!

The Perfect Peace is our first foray into the world of decaffeination. It’s for slow nights and pourovers, hosting friends over affogatos, and creating good boundaries around caffeine. We named it for after the perfect peace we receive from our Heavenly Father, because it reminds us that life isn’t all hustle and bustle, sometimes its the slow, still appreciated of delicious coffee.
Somehow it still might be our best coffee, no caffeine and all. It is a custom Ethiopian decaf crafted from a blend of exceptional natural and washed coffees from the Guji region, including selections from the Dogo Sodu, Goro Bedessa, and Gogogu stations. Decaffeinated by Swiss Water in Vancouver using their gentle, chemical-free water process, this coffee preserves the vibrant aromatics and origin character that make Ethiopian coffees so beloved. Expect a clean, bright cup with fruited sweetness reminiscent of stone fruit and red apple, layered with baking-spice complexity and caramelized sugar. Our Medium-Light roast highlights its apricot sparkle and delicate spice aromatics, so good you can’t believe it’s not caffeinated.

Absolutely! We offer fully branded coffee cart experiences, including custom cups, signage, and cart design. This is perfect for corporate events, meaningful gatherings, or brand activations.

We serve all types of events across Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Stillwater, Norman, and more. We will serve at weddings, corporate functions, retail pop-ups, private parties, house gatherings, conferences, and more. Just ask and we can probably accomadate your event!

Our base menu includes espresso, americanos, lattes, and our signature drinks the Hot and Iced Cuppa Joy. Every events gets Oat Milk included! We offer additional add-on options, flavors, and seasonal drinks such as Matcha, Raspberry Amoretto Latte, and Affogatos.

We service the greater OKC area and surrounding communities. However, our service radius is 350 miles, and the Joy Cart Experience is available after a small travel fee baked into your price.

Just a standard power outlet and a small space for the cart. We handle the rest, including setup, service, and cleanup.
