Who we are
Hello! Welcome to the Joy Cart experience. We are the Co-Founders of Joy Cart Coffee, RachelKate and Zac. Our lives have been marked by the hospitality and varied grace of Jesus, so we live to bring the same hospitality and grace to our neighbors. Out of that goal, we began to dream about the possibility of a mobile coffee cart. After lots of prayer and conversations with people wiser than us, we decided that’s where the Lord was leading. RachelKate, while maintaining her status as the Chief Joy Officer, currently works as a Data Scientist for Devon Energy, while Zac, when not writing poetry will be found roasting, marketing, accounting, brewing, and doing all manner of things for Joy Cart Coffee. We live in OKC, but love all of Oklahoma, from Stillwater, Tulsa, Edmond, or Beyond we are excited for a chance to serve you soon!

Our Vision is to become OKC’s premier Roaster and Coffee Cart. However, our heart is for this wide world the Lord has created, and we want to bring World-Class Joy, or better said the Joy of the Lord, and Truth to the nations through coffee
